Pumpkin Pancakes

These pancakes are perfect for fall! They have real pumpkin in them and you can use a little bit of green food dye to make the steams.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/8 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 capful vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Directions

Put the milk and vinegar and put it in a small bowl to make buttermilk.

Put all the ingredients and the buttermilk into one bowl and mix until all combined.

Then take a spoon and spoon one scoop of batter on a hot buttered frying pan and cook until little bubbles have formed. Then flip and repeat method until you have run out of batter. BAM YOU’RE DONE!!!!!
