Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- tomato slices
- olive oil
- salt
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a pan. When it is hot crack two eggs into the pan. Place a few tomato slices on a plate and sprinkle them with salt. Drizzle some olive oil on top of the tomatoes. When the eggs are cooked put the eggs on the tomato slices. Then drizzle some olive oil on top. Last sprinkle some salt on the eggs.
