Chive pancakes

Ever since I was 5 years old I liked collecting chives in my backyard. now I have found a way to make them delicious! ( To be honest when I was 5 all I did was mix the chives in mud.)

This can be an appetizer or a snack. If you like ketchup, try having some with these pancakes. It’s good!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh chives, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • a little butter for the pan

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. Heat a frying pan and add a little butter (I use clarified butter so it doesn’t burn). Scoop some of the mixture with a spoon or a small measuring cup and put a pancake-size amount on the pan. Add a few more if you can fit them. Let them cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat before flipping them. Once they’re cooked, Put them onto a plate and BAM! You’re done.
