Smookies (S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookies)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 sticks butter (softend)
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp.vinila extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • handful marshmallows
  • handful crumbled graham crackers

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter, vanilla extract, and the two sugars with a mixer until it’s creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time and beat them.
  5. Then add the flour and mix it in.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips. Then add the marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. Mix it all but be gentle!
  7. Use a spoon to drop a spoonful of dough onto a cookie sheet. Space them 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
  8. Cool them on the baking sheet for 2 minutes and then finish cooling them on a wire rack. Bam! You’re done!
